Nigeria is such a terrible place. The government should be willing to take on such projects even if its just for the publicity
Positive girl- with due respects, current goverment has nothing to do with this.
It is years of little investment in the health care provision of a growing population that leads to such appeals.
The big men fly abroad and the poor men appeal and should their money 'complete' before they die, they too fly abroad.
All the Doctors sef have flown abroad. (Me included). However, now is not a time for health politics.
